Sussex Wedding Photography at Farbridge

Just north of Chichester and just before you get to the winding roads you come across Farbridge. From the main road you wouldn’t know that nestled down behind the trees is a top class Sussex wedding venue. The very venue that Amanda and Phil, currently based in Hong Kong, decided would be the location of the recent nuptials. Today was the first day without Darren (sad face). I did, however, have a visiting ‘young gun’ in the form of Henry, a secondary school student who impressed me. I met up with Amanda at the barn. A crazy bunch I can tell you. Partial to a little Robbie Williams (and as time would tell us, another famous member of Take That too), there was a pause to emphatically sing a bit of “Let Me Entertain You”. It certainly did. Amanda is full of expression. You never wonder what she’s thinking. Its right there. I love that. I did get to spend time with Phil and the guys as they got ready but after a few minutes I turned it over to Henry. The ceremony was fun, touching and thoughtful. The afternoon saw some brilliant light and that made for some brilliant couple photos. Once inside it was the anticipation of the speeches and learning all about Phil’s supposed quest to place himself in the right town with Male to Female ratios. I don’t always believe EVERYTHING a best man says however. Great music and dancing made it a day not to forget.
