Avington Park

In the meadows of the Itchen River valley you’ll find the majestic Avington Park. It’s a picture post card of a bygone era channelling the spirit of Jane Austen in its regal beauty. It’s a unique Hampshire wedding venue in presentation and ability to transform from ideal wedding for a smaller number of guests to a centre piece for a large wedding too. I’m pleased to be regularly recommended there and find every wedding I photograph there to be delightful. The light is superb, the spaces rich in history with an ancient story to tell. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and there’s a wealth of open space for an English Summer Garden Party. Avington Park is perfectly located only a few miles outside of Winchester with its array of lodgings and accommodation.
