Nikki and Ross – Tedding and Hampton Court House
A whopping day in a whopping place. Navigating Outer London is fun and the best of times. I won’t say I’m a Tom Tom of the Richmond / Hampton Court / Teddington area. But that’s why I have a real Tom Tom. Seems to make sense until for whatever reason your SatNav decides that no roads in the area are passable. I wonder if it was a glich that went back to the Olympic Cycle race. As a result I had to feel my way to the church in Teddington and again to Hampton Court House. Never late but certainly a bit ‘exercised’. But who cares..Nikki and Ross had an exceptional wedding day. I went with the girls at the Richmond Gate hotel just on top of Richmond Hill. I love that part of the world. I could sit there for hours. Eventually I met up (sans SatNav) with Darren and boys in Teddington for a fabulous church wedding complete with honour guard on exit. The perk of being in the Army. Two coach runs were required to get everyone from the church to wonderful Hampton Court House where the rest of the afternoon and evening played out with a spectacular charm. Wonderful friends and family, great speeches and a fantastic band.
